What is coaching?

Coaching offers a place for clients to gain insight and a broader perspective, explore their thinking and behaviour, generate new solutions and strategies, and choose purposeful, intentional and committed action that moves them forward, in the company of someone whose purpose is to listen, to challenge, and to back her clients as they commit to professional and personal growth and change.
